  ive still got more apples lying around from my u-pick adventure so before they went bad i made an apple galette. it was super simple and soo pretty. no real recipe involved, just make your fave vegan pastry dough, then roll it out, spread jam on it (the jam is like the apple glue) and then lay out your apple slices. i soaked mine in a sugar, apple cider, cinnamon mixture before laying them out. bake at whatever temp the dough recipe calls for. fancy pie!
